Southwind Vineyard is now selling wine at Volume Cafe. Southwind Vineyard and Winery specializes in wines made in the Bordeaux style. We strive to make wines that are deep in color, lush in viscosity and body, with a balance of discreet tannins and crisp acidity.  Our special blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and a bit of Chambourcin is called Blood, Sweat and Tears for obvious reasons and is one of the most popular wines we have.  Profond means deep in French.  It is also the name of our serious Cabernet Franc. Our Chardonnay/Viognier Blend, Dancing Horse has the profile of Lorre's beloved Pluto Sabella on the label! This is a bright, fresh wine perfect for summer.  Our Malbec is made from luscious Chilean Grapes..  If this is a favorite of yours please stop in for some soon.   Memories of Provence Rose is a european style Rose made in with the 'saignant' technique.  Our Champagne/Proseco style sparkling Chardonnay we call Celestial, named after Assemlblywoman Celeste Riley who helped make New Jersey a more wine friendly state! Grape Kiss is a sweet sparkling wine that has become a cult favorite.  It is best served in a big glass of ice.  The Sangria is fruity and fantastic.  Cheval Fort port style wine is a rich delicious wine for after dinner or over ice cream.
